- The goal of this program is the realization of a PC coin counting system. The program displays the product data on the screen and prints a label.
- The program can be connected to two weighing systems based on the BDI weight indicator to be able to take samples of products requiring different precisions.
- It is also possible to connect it to a weighing system based on the BDI indicator which controls two scales.
- The program is ready to work in different languages. The Spanish and English languages are available as standard, but the translation is very simple and can be customized.
- The program has databases of products, suppliers, taras and weighings to be able to follow all the counting operations carried out.
It also has a generic database to use by the user as you wish. - The program has the functionality to perform batch weighing.
- The program will print at the end of the operation on a label with various information about the product used in the account.
- The following information will appear on the label:
- Customizable logo.
- Code and description of the article.
- Code and vendor name (if applicable).
- Code and name of generic data (if any).
- The unit weight of the product.
- Date when the count is done in the format dd / mm / yyyy.
- The time the account was made in HH / mm format.
- Warehouse data (if applicable).
- The order data (if any).
- The reference data (if any).
- The net weight of the entire product.
- The number of pieces of the product.
- A bar code 128 code formed, which contains the following information:
- Product code
- Number of pieces.
- In addition, if the program had performed a series of weighings in Batch, the following data would appear:
- Lot code
- Heavy N °
- Net weight of the heavy
- Number of pieces of the heavy
- The logo printed on the label is a JPG image.
